British-Cypriot artist A!MS has united four distinctive names in UK rap ZieZie, Ramz, Liilz & Brodie for “Wait What” a high-energy collaboration featured on his critically received album Peak Season.
Bringing the artists together under the banner “The Splash Gang,” the 2-minute-and-27-second track celebrates the diversity, confidence and collaborative spirit of the UK music scene.
Each artist brings a distinct sound and personality to the record, creating a dynamic collaboration that draws on their individual strengths. Rather than centring on one artist, “Wait What” brings together performers who have each established their own presence, resulting in a track that captures the energy of contemporary UK rap while reaching beyond a single scene.
At the centre of the collaboration is A!MS, whose career bridges music, culture and international audiences. The British-Cypriot artist has accumulated more than 155 million streams and ranks as Cyprus’s most-streamed artist. With roots in the rap scene dating back to his So Solid Crew years, he has developed a sound and movement connecting rap culture with audiences across Europe, the Middle East and the diaspora.
“Wait What” represents a key moment on Peak Season, bringing together street-level energy and A!MS’s wider international outlook.
Beyond music, A!MS brings another edition of The Wave Fest, his festival series hosted at WaterWorld WaterPark in Ayia Napa, Cyprus.
With “Wait What,” A!MS brings together four UK rap voices for a collaboration that reflects the reach of Peak Season and builds anticipation for the album’s deluxe edition and the next chapter of The Wave Fest.
