How to Pitch Us

We receive a lot of pitches every day from labels, independent artists, and PR companies worldwide. To ensure your music doesn’t get lost in the noise, these guides will help you sort out your pitch and land a feature.

    1. Please send released songs rather than pre-saves, as the high volume of daily pitches prevents us from tracking future release dates (Use Groover or Musosoup, or the Submission Form to send pre-saves)
    2. You must include the word ‘Pitch’ in your subject line so our editorial team can filter it correctly.
    3. A direct link to the track (Spotify, SoundCloud, or YouTube). Not mp3 or wav files.
    4. Introduce yourself and add 2–3 sentences about the inspiration behind the track.
    5. Provide high-quality photos (minimum 600px). Do not send cover art; we do not use cover art as featured images on our platform.
    6. Quick links to your Instagram, X (Twitter), or Facebook so we can tag you when you get featured.
    7. A Google Doc link for your Press Release/Bio and a Cloud link (Google Drive/Dropbox) for your photos.
