Diving into the single, the band comments, “Our new single, ‘So Sick’ evolved from an improvised jam at band practice into a bouncy rock anthem that blends our 90’s alternative influences with raw lyrics that blur pain and desire over jangly guitars and a restless beat.”

Hailing from Philadelphia, Caring Less is a fast-rising indie band with a vibrant passion for nostalgic grooves and hard-hitting melodies. Taking cues from the likes of Alanis Morissette and Jeff Buckley, the band is no stranger to gracing local stages, having featured regularly on the circuit as well as appearing on their local radio station RSD release, ‘Homegrown Originals’.

Working hard to become staples of the Philadelphia scene, the group consists of lead singer Sara Johnson, bassist Ryan Acito, and drummer Nicholas Kreh. Looking forward to 2025, the group look to release their new EP on May 30.

Caring Less’ ‘So Sick’ is a thrilling testament to the band’s raw energy and nostalgic alternative rock roots. They have crafted an anthem that’s both introspective and wildly infectious.
