Rising pop singer-songwriter Siena Fantini has released her second EP, laundry list, a deeply personal four-track collection that captures the emotional complexity of adolescence through candid storytelling and infectious pop melodies.
Built around diary-like songwriting and guitar-driven arrangements, the project explores themes of heartbreak, friendship, self-discovery, and the growing pains that define the teenage years. Across its four songs, Fantini transforms personal experiences into relatable coming-of-age anthems, offering an honest reflection on the moments that shape young adulthood.
The EP opens with “casual kisser,” a breezy yet emotionally charged track that reflects on romantic disappointment and the lingering effects of careless relationships. It is followed by the previously unreleased “25,” an upbeat pop record that tackles the emotional exhaustion of one-sided friendships. Balancing playful production with sharp lyricism, the song highlights the importance of protecting one’s peace and recognizing when it’s time to walk away from unhealthy relationships.
Speaking about the project, Fantini shared, “This EP is quite literally a ‘laundry list’ of the vast amount of experiences I went through this past year. It’s inspired by the things I started to learn about myself, my habits, my inward discoveries, and my outward disapproval of others’ behavior that frustrated me. This EP has a lot of internal reflection, which was really transformative to write about because it forced me to stand face-to-face with a lot of emotions I didn’t have words for yet.”
The collection is completed by the previously released “claustrophobia,” which explores emotional dependency in young relationships, and “a little less evil,” a heartfelt reflection on finding the courage to leave behind a relationship that no longer serves you.
Produced by Sean Hurley, laundry list features contributions from an accomplished team of musicians, including Taylor Mackall, Andrew Synowiec, Kiel Feher, Darrell Thorp, and David Ives, giving the project a polished sound that complements Fantini’s intimate songwriting.
Already recognized by outlets such as EARMILK, Atwood Magazine, CLOUT, and Ones To Watch, Siena Fantini continues to establish herself as one of pop’s most promising young storytellers. With laundry list, she delivers her most honest and emotionally resonant work yet, turning the defining moments of adolescence into a soundtrack that feels both deeply personal and universally relatable.
