“We began with chords during a writing session in NY, and the top-line blurted out of me. The rest came from freestyling, and I believe God gave me the rest of the song,” he explains.

“I like that i’ve made a song that people can sing along to and essentially make their own covers to even if you haven’t lived it,” he says, adding that he hopes this next phase of his music will be timeless.
