Eric Scott shares immersive new EP ‘Wolfstein’

Eric Scott’s new EP, ‘Wolfstein’, explores heartbreak and what comes after. It’s about piecing yourself back together through memory, emotion, and music. There’s no dramatic monster story here- just someone navigating loss and finding a way forward. The opening track, ‘Dance Around the Darkness’ (featuring Sunnie and RodBitches), pulls you in with lush strings and hypnotic rhythms. Scott’s voice moves between honesty and control, setting the tone for the rest of the EP. ‘This Ain’t That’ (with Johnny Sublime) flips the mood with confident, punchy energy- horns, tight percussion, and bold verses that confront pain rather than dwell in it.

‘Nolove’ (featuring Kingsley Ibeneche) slows things down, blending R&B and dream-pop with a quiet intensity where silence feels as meaningful as the words. The title track, featuring Smoke DZA, ties it all together, carrying weight and resilience while painting vivid images of loss and recovery. Across Wolfstein, Scott’s production feels alive and real- moody yet stylish, emotional but controlled. The EP shows heartbreak as a process of rebuilding, turning sorrow into something that resonates and survives. Wolfstein captures the messy, human side of loss, offering an honest, deeply felt look at love, grief, and starting over.
