Broken Planet Return With Summer ‘Falling Stars’ Drop

Sustainable streetwear brand Broken Planet are returning with ‘Falling Stars’, their first drop of the summer. The collection sees a continued innovation from the company with never before seen pieces, as well as the use of some instantly recognisable BP designs, it went live on Sunday 2nd June at 8PM GMT.

2024 has already been a monumental year for Broken Planet, becoming synonymous with global streetwear culture thanks to their limited releases. Their three capsule collections, ‘Out of Service’, ‘Broken Hearts’, and their largest release to date, ‘Space Trails’, all sold out rapidly with some of their most inventive designs to date on display. On top of this their collaboration with D-Block Europe helped earn them a number one album in the official UK charts.

‘Falling Stars’ sees yet more ingenuity from BP, thanks to the inclusion of the long awaited selection of black denim jeans, jorts, and a jacket as part of the collection. Furthermore, having made their first foray into womenswear in their ‘Space Trails’ drop, this has continued into their summer range with a matching NFL bikini, top, and skirt. It has long been the mission of female co-founder Indre Narbutaite, to add exciting, unique takes on womenswear into the Broken Planet collection, and this commitment is certainly coming to fruition.

Elsewhere, ‘Falling Stars’ will see Broken Planet’s first mesh jersey and matching shorts, as well as some signature BP pieces that celebrate their iconic graphic heavy, typography looks. The drop also features a lookbook shot in London, the birthplace of the brand, that aims to celebrate summer in the UK capital.

Having been worn by everyone from Jude Bellingham and AJ Tracey to SZA and Maya Jama, Broken Planet are redefining streetwear one drop at a time. 2024 has already seen momentous growth, with ‘Falling Stars’ set to continue this pattern, all with sustainability at the heart of their practices.
