Emerging electronic artist and producer _ophelioo has officially introduced his unique sonic universe with the release of his debut double single project_0, a genre-blending introduction that combines the explosive energy of Brazilian Funk, the movement of House music, and his own dark, cinematic creative vision.
The project features two tracks, “Intero” and “Mona Lisa,” each showcasing _ophelioo’s ability to fuse infectious grooves, electronic textures, and Baile Funk-inspired rhythms into a sound that feels both futuristic and deeply rooted in global club culture.
Built around rigid percussion, energetic production, and unforgettable hooks, project_0 offers listeners the first glimpse into an expanding artistic world shaped by sound, visuals, and storytelling. The release is accompanied by a mysterious creative universe developed through a supernatural Tumblr storyline, striking black-and-white imagery, Saturnalia-inspired aesthetics, and bold visualizers that introduce the atmosphere surrounding the ophelioo identity.
Behind the project is Nigel Naveed, professionally known as _ophelioo, a producer and artist who began his musical journey in 2018 using GarageBand before expanding his skills through years of experimentation and production work in Logic Pro. After exploring different genres, creating remixes, and developing his own artistic direction, he now presents his first official solo release.
Rather than drawing inspiration from individual artists, ophelioo builds from broader influences including genres, environments, emotions, and philosophical ideas.
