Sammy Adams Returns With New Single “LIGHT”

Pop artist, songwriter, and producer Sammy Adams makes his powerful return with brand-new single “LIGHT.” The anthemic release marks his debut with Big Noise Music Group, signaling the beginning of an exciting new chapter in his career.

Following a life-altering and nearly fatal accident in 2019 — which left him with a broken neck and two brain hemorrhages requiring emergency surgery — Adams underwent an extensive period of rehabilitation. Now fully recovered, he re-emerges with renewed clarity, purpose, and creative fire. “LIGHT” captures that transformation, pairing raw vulnerability with uplifting optimism and arena-ready energy.

“Life’s wild—one minute you’re on top of the world, the next it’s driving you into the depths of darkness,” shares Adams. “This record is for the ones who kept me afloat when I was sinking in self-doubt and overthinking during uncertain times. To my girls, Andie and Khaki, my family, and friends, you were the lights that brought me back to life. Thank you, for real.”

Earlier this year, Big Noise officially welcomed Adams to its roster. Working closely with the label’s co-founder and acclaimed producer John Feldmann — known for his work with blink-182 and Avril Lavigne — the pair crafted “LIGHT” as a bold, genre-blurring return. The track blends soaring pop melodies with an alternative edge, while still rooted in Adams’ signature hip-hop sensibility.

“Sammy is such an easy guy to get along with and work with. He’s always got such great ideas and has an incredible voice. It’s just a pleasure working with such a talented guy,” says Feldmann.

With momentum building, 2026 is shaping up to be a major year for Adams. Fans can catch him live at Vans Warped Tour in Long Beach on July 25–26, where he’ll bring his high-energy performance back to the stage.

Adams first burst onto the scene in 2010 with his independent debut EP Boston’s Boy, which reached No. 1 on iTunes Hip-Hop and No. 73 on the Billboard 200 without traditional marketing support. He quickly built a loyal following, opening for global stars including Drake, Wiz Khalifa, Kid Cudi, J. Cole, and Tiësto.

In 2011, after signing with Sony RCA, he sold out New York City’s iconic Roseland Ballroom, moving 7,000 tickets without co-headliners or openers. His breakout single “All Night Longer” sold over one million units before the streaming era took hold. To date, Adams has amassed over 691 million streams worldwide and collaborated with artists such as Pharrell Williams, Enrique Iglesias, B.o.B, and Mike Posner.

With new music underway — executive produced by Feldmann — “LIGHT” sets the tone for a reinvigorated era. It’s more than a comeback single; it’s a testament to resilience, gratitude, and stepping back into the spotlight stronger than ever.
