Released on 11 December 2025, Love Thing leans hard into Lemon’s unmistakable Nedchester groove, but this time it’s wrapped in thick layers of Neo-Madchester, Soul Rock, and Psychedelic Rock. The result feels bigger, darker, and more immersive than much of their recent output. As the hook declares, “It’s a love thing, but a very heavy love thing,” and the music absolutely commits to that weight.
On the surface, this is one of Lemon’s more straightforward love songs—no overt social critique, no hidden manifesto. But don’t mistake simplicity for softness.
