DJ Khaled Returns With “You Remind Me” Featuring Jamaican Heavyweights

Global superstar and hitmaker DJ Khaled has unleashed his brand-new single “You Remind Me”, the first taste from his long-awaited 14th studio album, Aalam of God — his first LP in three years.

An electrifying celebration of Caribbean culture and unity, “You Remind Me” is a high-energy collaboration with some of Jamaica’s most iconic voices: Vybz Kartel, Buju Banton, Mavado, Bounty Killer, Rorystonelove, and Kaylan Arnold. The track arrives alongside a vibrant music video that captures the essence of island life, blending party scenes with a beachside, Caribbean-inspired backdrop — a visual as dynamic as the track’s pulsating beats and spirited performances.

Aalam of God has been in the works since earlier this year, with Khaled teasing the project in February via a cinematic seven-minute trailer featuring Mark Wahlberg, confirming collaborations with Drake and Rihanna. Though a release date has not yet been announced, a press statement promises the record will be “the definitive album of his career so far.”

“You Remind Me” also continues DJ Khaled’s long-running creative relationship with Jamaican legends. Over the years, Khaled has worked closely with artists such as Buju Banton, Mavado, Bounty Killer, and others, consistently spotlighting the global influence of dancehall and reggae. These collaborations have become defining moments in his catalog, further cementing his role as a bridge between hip-hop, reggae, and world music.

With “You Remind Me” leading the way, Aalam of God is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious and defining releases of Khaled’s career — a testament to his unmatched ability to bring together global talent and deliver timeless anthems.
