Following a run of hard-hitting singles and cinematic visuals, UK hit-maker TeeZandos officially unveils her long-awaited debut mixtape, Still Odd. The project arrives as a bold reintroduction to her sound — raw, energetic, and unapologetically rooted in the foundations of UK Drill — cementing her position as one of the scene’s most compelling voices.
Fresh from standout collaborations with fellow rap risers Cristale and P3Lz, the Homerton-born artist channels her signature fire into a 12-track body of work packed with sharp punchlines, vivid storytelling, and undeniable presence. Still Odd reflects TeeZandos’ journey so far, blending authenticity with relentless energy, while reinforcing the momentum that has earned her co-signs from tastemakers including Kenny Allstar, Tiffany Calver, Snoochie Shy, Fumez The Engineer, and more.
The mixtape opens with “Back On,” an assertive introduction that immediately sets the tone. Riding rhythmic flows and commanding delivery, TeeZandos leaves no room for doubt, demanding listeners lock into every bar. She follows with the menacing lead single “Crip,” before continuing her run of no-nonsense bangers such as “No, Yes!”, “Sort It,” and “Shutup.” Elsewhere, tracks like “Drvgz” lean into eerie atmospheres, while cuts such as “This&That” showcase a tougher edge, highlighting her range and adaptability. Features from Cristale, Wohdee, P3Lz, and Show Hustle add texture to the tape, with each collaboration feeling purposeful and cohesive.
Speaking on the concept behind the project, TeeZandos explains: “Overall, I think ‘Still Odd’ is a gateway into my artistry that listeners can’t always find in one place. There’s a bit of everything — hard hits, real spit, you already know how I’m coming. This tape is like Coraline. I’m in two worlds. IYKYK.”
Born and raised in Homerton, East London, and proudly rooted in her Caribbean heritage, TeeZandos discovered her love for rap at a young age, influenced by a musical household and a natural gift for storytelling. At just 14, she joined GB Records, stepping into the Drill scene with the intention of honestly reflecting her experiences growing up in East London.
Her breakthrough came in 2019 with viral hit “Need Focus,” followed by “Highlander,” which landed on FADER’s 10 Best New Rap Songs list, earned a GRM Award nomination, and gained international attention through reaction videos and critical acclaim. Since then, she has continued to prove her versatility through collaborations such as “Party Popper G Mix” with Backroad Gee, “Phone Call” with Fizzler, and “Diamonds” with Isong.
Renowned for her razor-sharp lyricism and commanding delivery, TeeZandos has delivered standout performances on platforms including Tim & Barry, Mad About Bars, Daily Duppy, and an explosive Plugged In session with Fumez The Engineer alongside Cristale. By the end of 2023, her impact was formally recognised with a MOBO Award nomination for Best Drill Act, solidifying her trailblazer status within the genre.
In 2024, she continued to expand her creative boundaries with a collaboration alongside Barclay Crenshaw, signalling an evolution in her sound. Now just 22 years old, TeeZandos remains locked in the studio, refining her craft and building toward her next chapter.
With Still Odd, TeeZandos delivers a debut that is fearless, fully realised and impossible to ignore — a statement project from an artist shaping the future of UK Drill. As 2025 unfolds, she stands ready to return stronger than ever, driven by raw energy, gripping storytelling and an unwavering commitment to her artistry.
